Self-Drilling Point, Tapping & Multi-Station Bolt Formers

For specialized fastener production, KONFU sources self-drilling point machines, tapping machines, and multi-station bolt formers (up to 6-die-6-blow). These multi-station formers shape complex bolt geometries in a progressive sequence on the same press, eliminating secondary operations and substantially reducing material scrap. KONFU's Case Study B (see the Case Studies page) shows a real customer migrating from a press process to a 6-die-6-blow progressive design, with measurable material and cost savings.

Powder Metallurgy Compacting Machines

Powder metallurgy compacting machines are the foundation of any PM production line. They press metal powders into the near-net-shape needed for downstream sintering. KONFU pairs the right tonnage with the matched PM tooling we manufacture in-house, so customers entering PM production can scale safely from prototype to mass production.
