KONFU supplies the complete tooling chain required by modern cold forming and threading lines. Every die, punch, pin, sleeve and knife is sourced or manufactured to match the specific workpiece, machine, and lifecycle target of the customer.

We source the most stable tungsten carbide from Taiwan's largest supplier, selecting the ideal grade based on the tool's application—whether it requires superior abrasion resistance or high stamping pressure tolerance. The design of the molded case, including material, hardness, and press-fit specifications, is critical to the die's lifecycle. We optimize the match between the molded case and the core to maximize performance.
