For decades, KONFU has dedicated a portion of its revenue to rewarding society and supporting charitable causes. Our commitment began in earnest in 2005 when our chairman, Char-Fu Shea, initiated long-term support for students in remote areas, providing lunches, transportation, and tutoring.
To formalize and expand these efforts, Chairman Shea founded the "ChunCheng Education Development Association" with a 20 million NTD donation. The association focuses on guiding at-risk youth back to a positive path through initiatives like the Sunny Youth Camp, which cultivates passion, selflessness, and equality. Key contributions include:
- Donating hiking equipment and building a rock-climbing wall to provide access to nature.
- Providing nearly 500 bicycles to 17 schools and guiding students on a round-Taiwan bicycle ride.
- Sponsoring a weight-lifting team and establishing digital English classrooms.
Beyond education, KONFU consistently provides aid during natural disasters, such as the 921 earthquake in Taiwan and tsunamis in South Asia.
