The COVID-19 outbreak in Taiwan presented unprecedented challenges, yet our business operations continued seamlessly, a testament to our robust contingency planning and the dedication of our team.

In response to the Level 3 alert announced in May, we immediately implemented stringent safety protocols, including enhanced cleaning, disinfection, and remote work arrangements for half of our team. Despite these adjustments, our core mission of delivering high-quality fastener forming tools and components never wavered. Our QC and Shipping teams remained on-site, ensuring that weekly shipments proceeded without interruption.

Rigorous Quality Control and Inspection

Our commitment to quality is embedded in every step of our process. Before any product is dispatched, it undergoes a comprehensive inspection by our experienced four-member QC team. This process includes:

• Visual and Dimensional Checks: A thorough examination of the product's appearance and verification of every dimension against technical drawings.
• Advanced Inspection Techniques: For complex components like carbide tools with hard-to-measure internal diameters, we employ innovative methods. We infuse the part with a low-melting-point metal, which solidifies to create a perfect cast, allowing for precise inspection and measurement.

Through years of accumulated experience, our QC specialists possess an in-depth understanding of our customers' specific demands, ensuring that every product meets and exceeds expectations.

Customized and Protective Packing Service

Once inspection is complete, our dedicated two-member Shipping team takes over to prepare the goods for transit. We understand that secure packing is crucial to protecting your investment. Our standard packing procedure includes:

• Multi-Layer Protection: We begin by lining each box with waterproof bags to safeguard the contents against moisture, even if the outer carton is compromised.
• Damage Prevention: The box is then carefully filled with packing beads to cushion the goods and minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
• Secure Sealing: The entire package is sealed with waterproof tape for an additional layer of protection.

For clients with specific requirements, we offer customized packing solutions, such as adding a second layer of waterproof bags or applying plastic wrap to the exterior of the box.
